Windy City Smokeout: What To Know & Where To Go

Share

Chicago’s ever-iconic Windy City Smokeout is returning for another sensational weekend! This year marks the 10th summer of this event, where the aroma of locally/nationally sourced BBQ and infectious rhythms of country music converge in the United Center’s parking lot.

The grandest of all tailgates is not letting up on their richness, though, as headliners such as Zach Bryan, Luke Bryan, Darius Rucker, and Zac Brown Band plan to grace the stage. This, along with delights from renowned Chicago restaurants such as Bub City, Soul & Smoke, Smoque BBQ, and 3 Little Pigs, ensures that no one will leave unsatisfied. While it may sound biased, there’s a strong belief that this edition of the Windy City Smokeout will be the best one yet! We want to prepare you for it by providing all the necessary information, including what to bring and what not to bring!

What To Expect

Although Windy City Smokeout has been expanded and enhanced, it has always had the same bones. Even back in 2013 when the event was on the corner of Rush and Illinois St., Smoque and Bub City were serving under the sounds of Brett Elridge and Chase Rice. It truly is a simple set-up, easy to navigate and enjoy. If you haven’t acquired tickets yet, Friday GA is still available here! The other days are sold out, but no worries!
