Foodies:

Bandit

Located in Chicago’s West Loop, Bandit is the perfect place to get your Halloween boogie on. Bandit combines a neighborhood feel with an upscale, chef-driven menu that is sure to get you in the Halloween spirit. Bandit is hosting their “Wild Wild West Halloween Party” on Saturday, October 29th, complete with a live DJ and bottle service! Staff will be decked out in their wild west costumes, ready to throw the rowdiest party of the year. Be sure to wear your favorite costume and get your gang together. This free event starts at 9:00 pm, so be sure to mark your calendar!

Barrio

Barrio is not your average Mexican restaurant. With their revamped menu and rustic vibe, you are sure to have a fun time. Barrios will take Halloween to the next level with their five-day Dia De Los Muertos weekend party! Join the staff at Barrio from Friday, October 28th until Tuesday, November 1st for an upgraded Halloween party. There is plenty of time to get in on the action. From their Blood Orange Margarita to their Sugar Skull Cookies, their specials for this weekend are neverending. Radio Room

Radio Room brings its music-inspired atmosphere to River North. Complete with the greatest hits of music and cuisine, Radio Room is perfect for this Halloween weekend. Whether your costume is an angel or a devil, join Radio Room at their Heaven and Hell Halloween Party! This extravaganza lasts from Friday, October 28th until Sunday, October 30th. Featuring Heaven & Hell cocktail specials, music performances, and spooky decor, Radio Room is sure to show you a spooky good time. Plus, wear your favorite costume to get in the spirit!

Nightmare on Clark Street

Join Deuce’s Major League Bar for their Halloween pop-up! Nightmare on Clark Street will run through October 31st, so there is plenty of time to get a reservation. Featuring everything from Nightmare Nachos to their Witches Brew, your tastebuds are sure to have a spooky good time. In fact, they’ve transformed their whole menu for the ghouls of Chicago. LEGO® 4D Movie and Brick-or-Treat Monster Party

LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Chicago is hosting their Brick-or-Treat Monster Party, complete with a 4D showing of their LEGO® movie, The Great Monster Chase! There are so many activities to do; you won’t want to miss out. Complete with new 4D effects, The Great Monster Chase is sure to be fun for all ages. Plus, their MINILAND: LEGOLAND® will transform into a hauntingly fun area for a Monster Scavenger Hunt! You can even build with glow-in-the-dark LEGO® bricks and search for pumpkins throughout the center. Visit Goebbert’s Farm

Goebbert’s is perfect if you’re looking for a Halloween event outside the city. Get tickets to visit their Fall Fest, happening until October 31st! Complete with kid-friendly attractions and options for adults, their customizable ticket options are perfect for the whole family. Enter their Haunted House if you dare or ride their Pumpkin Express Train to enjoy their Halloween decorations. Plus, they have food and beverages all around the farm. After picking pumpkins or going to their playground, you might just need a snack! Grab tickets here before they are sold out.

Scarecrow Trail at Morton Arboretum

Morton Arboretum has made haunted houses kid-friendly! With your ticket purchase, head to their Scarecrow Trail for an approachable, non-scary haunted house. As you stroll along Meadow Lake, you get to judge nearly 50 different scarecrows. These scarecrows are all made by local scout troops. After you walk, cast your vote for your favorite scarecrow. Chicago Seadog Haunted River Tour

Join CityCruises for their family-friendly Halloween boat tour. This tour will explore Chicago’s spooky past while looking at the best architecture in the city. Your tour guide will teach you all about Chicago’s infamous secrets, scandals, and mysteries on this 75-minute tour. Complete with a costumed tour guide, these cruises will take place at night through October 31st. Your tickets are BYOB and even include a speedboat ride on Lake Michigan.
