As the summer comes to a close, the annual Chicago Air and Water Show will be wrapping it up in style on Aug. 18-19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Grab a spot along the water on North Avenue Beach to watch the largest free show in the U.S., with air performances featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and the U.S. Army Parachute Team Golden Knights. Work on your tan and take part in a great Chicago tradition, while soaking up the last of those summer rays.
To mark the 60th year of the popular lakefront event, the show will feature a wide variety of military and civilian aerial demonstration teams with daredevil pilots performing their stunts in the skies above Chicago.
