Gold Coast's Salute Wine Bar Presents "Casa De Vino" Monthly Wine Tasting Series 

For every second Tuesday of the month, the "Casa de Vino" series will take place from 6 - 8 p.m. For $15 per person, patrons can increase their knowledge on a variety of authentic Italian wines in a relaxed environment. The series will feature four wines paired with imported meats from the menu - the theme will continue to change monthly.

Salute is the perfect spot for this exciting new series, hosted by expert Wine Director, Kevin Halminiak. With an impressive menu of 70 wines reigning from 20 regions, participants take a geographical tour of Italy right at the wine bar.

The featured Blanco and Rosso wines for "Casa de Vino" include:

    * Buglioi Garganega
    * Di Giovanna Nerello Mascalese
    * Alios Lageder Pinot Noir
    * Le Corte Negroamaro

The carefully selected imported Carne (meat) pairings include:

    * Hot Coppa
    * Housemade Duck Pate
    * Bresola
    * Speck
