Guests who visit Eivissa on Tuesday, July 7 will enjoy specially selected dishes by Spanish native and Executive Chef Dudley Nieto in celebration of Spain's Running of the Bulls.
In addition to the special menu and in honor of the bloody sport, Bloody Marys will be available for $5 each.
MENU:
Bacalao a la Viscayna - Cod fish stew with onion, garlic, tomatoes, sherry vinegar and capers.
Costilla de Toro - Slow braised short ribs in an estrella astores beer, spicy patatas Bravas and Serrano ham.
Fabada - White fava bean stew with chorizo, morcilla, chistorra and Serrano ham.
Zarzuela de Mariscos - A combination of shrimp, mussels, lobster, clams and octopus with a blend of savory herbs and spices, served in a paella pan.
