Veteran Culture

This quirky show is taking place in the Flat Iron Arts Building July 3-5. The show opens up a number of small artists' studios, so expect to see a wide variety of work on display here.

Much of it is straight ahead patriotic; other items, you'll have to decide. One exhibit showcases pieces made on fabric constructed from the uniforms of a number of veterans.

Given that a couple of the artists are fairly avant garde, this might not be one for the kids.

Includes visual art, performances, and more. The art spans more than two floors and among the exhibiting guest artists will be many artists who are also veterans.

All of the proceeds will be donated to various small veterans organizations.

$5 donation is suggested to enter the exhibit.
