Located in a sprawling, 6,000-square-foot space, Room 21 is yet another hip and high-energy spot from the always-creative local restaurant mogul Jerry Kleiner.  Housed in a former warehouse and speakeasy operated by none other than Al Capone, Room 21 is decorated in rich red velvet, with flirtatious pink and green accents - a plush setting, self-consiously tawdry and meant to evoke the Red Light District of Chicago's Prohibition era.  The cuisine is casual New American, and the wine list is expansive.  But make no mistake, in this see-and-be-seen setting, the cocktails and the eye candy are what it's really all about
