One of the most absolutely original restaurants in Chicago and around the country. Executive chef Michael Carlson serves his menu, his way to the 20-30 lucky diners who get a spot at this tiny BYO. Carlson and his crew painted the place themselves, keep the decor and attitude simple (the food is not!), and from that humble launching pad he's become one of the most respected young chefs in the country.
